Contact Lisa:

Lisa Earley is a Winchester based visual artist and educator specialising in stitch and print. She has broad experience responding to archival research and site specific commissions alongside revisiting the enduring theme of Vulnerability. In 2019 she was shortlisted for the Ruskin Prize with her multi panelled piece ‘Vanitas’, that contemplates the modern addiction to consumerism and diminishing biodiversity.

Essentially, this piece and other recent works consider the place of memento mori as a metaphor for sustainable lifestyles in modern life and how our actions can have unforeseen reactions.
