Artist in the Archive
Working with archives opens a window to different times, with responses made in empathy to the lives discovered. In the course of these investigations I have studied documents from the Weiner library and Jewish Museum, London from families connected to the Kinder-transport, herbal remedies used by Benedictine monks in Hyde Abbey, Winchester and the Bankes’ family archive held by the Dorset History Centre,
